Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg
Cookware:
- griddle
- mixing bowl
- mixing bowl
Steps:
- Set griddle to 350 °F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- In a smaller mixing bowl, mix 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 egg.
- Create a small divot in the flour mixture and pour the egg mixture into the flour. Mix well.
- Measure a quarter cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles pop and the batter is stiff.
